My name is Patrick. Before looking after websites, I worked with my hands.

A craftsman first
Ten years of pastry: at the Wilson in Antibes, I ran the kitchen of two pastry shops on my own, with 500 pastries to deliver every morning; then five years at Cap 3000. Qualified pastry chef, confectioner, chocolatier and ice-cream maker. In 2001 I created my first business, Pat'Blanche, in Villeneuve-Loubet. Then mechanics, concrete, walls, floors, insulation, plaster, paint, electricity. I renovated a whole room on my own, from the floor to the roof. I know what it is like to finish your day with no time left for your website.
Joomla, learned on the job
I learned Joomla on my own: every setting, every menu, every module, by breaking things and starting again. Today I know it almost by heart. I do not claim to know everything: I learned by doing, and I finish the work properly.

In pastry I learned that careful work is better than quick work. I apply the same rule to your website.
