Before trusting me with your website, you probably have a few questions. Here are the most common ones, with simple answers.

Timing

How quickly do you reply?

Within 2 working days (Paris time). You are talking to a real person, not a robot.

How long does a website restore take?

Up to 15 days, depending on the size of your site (number of pages, articles and extensions) and the work in progress. I give you a precise date with the quote.

The Monthly guardian

What exactly do you do every month?

A verified backup, Joomla and extension updates, security monitoring, and a short report in plain words.

Do I have to commit?

No. The Monthly guardian has no commitment: you stop whenever you want, with one month's notice. Three plans: Essential €59, Peace of mind €99 or Premium €149 per month.

Can an update cause a problem?

Yes, it happens: depending on the installed extensions, an update can cause an issue. That is exactly why I always back up first. If a problem appears, I fix it; it may simply take a little longer.

Prices and payment

How does payment work?

By bank transfer or card, in euros. For a restore or a new site: half when the quote is signed, the other half at the end of the work.

Is the quote free?

Yes. The check and the quote are free, and the announced price is fixed: no bad surprise at the end.

Security and access

Do I have to give you my password?

No, never. You create an administrator account in my name, which you can delete at any time. Your own password stays yours.

What if you are not happy with the result?

I redo the work at no extra cost until it matches what is written in the quote.

What if something goes wrong?

Before every job I make a full backup, which I download and verify outside the server. We can always go back.
